With omega-3 fatty acids, antioxidants, protein, fiber, and calcium, chia seeds are going to be a great addition to nearly anyone's diet. This recipe is quite easy and tasty.
Materials: small bowl or mason jar, chia seeds, and vanilla coconut milk
Start with either a mason jar or a small glass bowl.
Add 1 cup of vanilla coconut milk.
Add 1/4 cup chia seeds.
Stir/whisk until the chia seeds are evenly mixed with the coconut milk.
Leave the mason jar or bowl uncovered in the refrigerator overnight.
In the morning, you'll have a delicious and healthy chia seed pudding! The pudding tastes great on its own, but I found adding fresh fruit to it really made for a tasty and filling breakfast.
