Half Marathon Training: An Update and Some New Workout Music

My apologies for the late post. Yesterday was just not a great day, and before I knew it, there was no time to write anything. I usually try to write my posts the night before and post them in the morning. Yesterday, that just wasn't going to happen. I guess I at least am still meeting my goal of posting daily, even if it is a little bit late.

My half marathon training is back in full force this week, even though last week was a bit rough. I got a nasty cold last week, and it just made running incredibly difficult. While the cold is still lingering, it has definitely improved, and I am feeling better about running in general and hoping some of the missed workouts won't have too much impact since the race is still more than a month away.

Since I run with music, I've been trying to find some awesome running/workout songs. I get sick of songs so quickly when I run to them so it's a bit of a challenge for me to find fun, new songs, but when I do, it always makes me so much more excited to get out there and pound the pavement.
