Half Marathon Training: An Update and Some New Workout Music

My apologies for the late post. Yesterday was just not a great day, and before I knew it, there was no time to write anything. I usually try to write my posts the night before and post them in the morning. Yesterday, that just wasn't going to happen. I guess I at least am still meeting my goal of posting daily, even if it is a little bit late.

My half marathon training is back in full force this week, even though last week was a bit rough. I got a nasty cold last week, and it just made running incredibly difficult. While the cold is still lingering, it has definitely improved, and I am feeling better about running in general and hoping some of the missed workouts won't have too much impact since the race is still more than a month away.

Since I run with music, I've been trying to find some awesome running/workout songs. I get sick of songs so quickly when I run to them so it's a bit of a challenge for me to find fun, new songs, but when I do, it always makes me so much more excited to get out there and pound the pavement. Just in case you find yourself in need of some new workout music (or just new tunes in general), here are some of my favorites at the moment.
