We're a little off topic today, but I thought I'd share some fitness picks now that the weather is becoming warmer, and we're all bound to be getting at least a bit more active.Thanks to my friend Jenna, I have been getting back into hot yoga these days, and I've been regularly attending during my stretch and strengthen days (Monday and Wednesday) for my half marathon training. One thing that I've really learned from starting to go more regularly is how much of an impact that having the right gear can make on your practice. Here are some that I am currently loving.
In an attempt to help me track my half marathon training, I've also made a rather large purchase recently - I invested in a FitBit Charge; I'll be sharing my experiences soon, so stay tuned.
